These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Multipass Radar (the "Service"), operated by Multipass LATAM S.A.S. ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. The Service

Multipass Radar is an informational analytics platform providing demand-intelligence signals and decision-support insights. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment, or business advice.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Cancel anytime; access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.

3. Accounts and Acceptable Use

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt operations.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

4. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or outcomes. Use at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 30 days.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
